(a) Canva Templates:

  • You are granted a license to use the Canva template to create your own designs for personal or commercial use (as per the purchased license).
  • You may share the finished design you create using the template (e.g., a social media graphic, a flyer) with others.
  • You cannot share the original Canva template link or allow others to edit the original template unless explicitly permitted by Canva's own terms of service.
  • You cannot resell or redistribute the original Canva template as your own.

(b) eBooks:

  • You are granted a license to read and use the eBook for your personal or commercial purposes (as per the purchased license).
  • You may print a copy for your personal use.
  • You cannot reproduce, distribute, or share the eBook (in digital or physical form) with others without explicit written permission from MiKraft.
  • You cannot modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the eBook for commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted.

(c) Other Digital Resources (e.g., Worksheets, Printables):

  • The usage rights for other digital resources will be specified in the individual product listing. Generally, personal use is permitted, and commercial use may be allowed with specific limitations.

4. Intellectual Property:

All Products available on MiKraft.com are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. MiKraft retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Products, except for the limited license granted to you.
